Welcome to MTG Rack. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using MTG Rack, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use this service.

2. Description of Service

MTG Rack provides tools for managing Magic: The Gathering card collections, building and sharing decks, tracking prices, and browsing card data. We aggregate publicly available information from sources such as Scryfall. MTG Rack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, or any official Magic: The Gathering entity.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for an extended period, or are used for fraudulent purposes.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create on MTG Rack, including decklists, primers, and collection data. By making content public, you grant MTG Rack a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and cache that content as part of operating the service.

You agree not to post content that:

Is illegal, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
Contains spam, advertising, or phishing attempts
Impersonates another person or entity
Contains malicious code, links, or exploits
Harasses, bullies, or targets other users

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines. Users may report content violations via the in-app report feature, and all reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data beyond normal usage
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
Use the service for commercial purposes without written permission
File false or malicious reports against other users
Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

Magic: The Gathering, all card names, artwork, and related imagery are trademarks and copyrights of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Card images are provided via Scryfall under fair use for reference purposes. MTG Rack does not claim ownership of any Magic: The Gathering intellectual property.

The MTG Rack platform, including its code, design, and original content, is the property of MTG Rack and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Pricing Data & Accuracy

Card pricing data is aggregated from third-party sources and is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing information. MTG Rack is not a marketplace and does not facilitate card transactions. You should not rely solely on our pricing data for purchasing or selling decisions.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep MTG Rack available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

MTG Rack is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTG Rack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MTG Rack after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
